Betty Jo (George) Mitchell

Betty was born February 17, 1946 in Skiatook, Oklahoma to Emory L. and Lavina Thelma (Davis) George. Betty grew up and received her education in Skiatook graduating in 1964. Betty married Charles Edward Mitchell in 1963. Betty later married Danny Stone. Betty was a Motel Manager, waitress and housekeeper. Betty liked working puzzle books, playing Yahtzee, watching Bluebloods and Walker Texas Ranger.
Betty was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband Charles and husband Danny and by two sisters.
Betty is survived by her children: Robin Turner, Justin Mitchell and Johnny Mitchell, sisters: Marvel Hurd and Veronica Humphrey brother: Donald George, nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family of Betty Jo Mitchell entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
The family has requested in Lieu of Flowers memorial contributions be made to the Sien-Shelton Funeral at P.O. Box 655 Skiatook, OK 74070.
