Betty Ann (Lilly) Mcghee

Betty Ann (Lilly) McGhee, age 79, of Skiatook and former resident of West Virginia went to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday, October 7, 2022 in Skiatook.

Betty was born January 26, 1943 to Clarence Theodore and Nellie Grace (Jones) Lilly. Betty grew up and received her education in Hinton, West Virginia graduating from the Hinton High School in 1961. Betty also received her Bachelor's of Science Degree from the Concord College in Athens, West Virginia. Betty married James Henry McGhee on June 15, 1972 in Roanoke, Virginia. Betty moved to Skiatook a few years ago with her son due to health problems. Betty was a Teacher and was also a bookkeeper for the family business. Betty loved to sew and work with ceramics in her younger years.

Betty was preceded in death by her mother and father; Clarence and Nellie Lilly and by one brother; Roy Wilton "Tiny" Lilly.

Betty is survived by her son's Joseph "Heath McGhee and Derek Ryan McGhee, four grandchildren; Cole Woldridge Jackson, Natalie Elise McGhee, Tyler Andrew McGhee and Clarissa Faith Furquim McGhee, two nieces; Rhonda Philpott and Diane Conn, one nephew; Sam Richardson and a host of friends.
