Barbara Ford, age 88, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, November 14, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Barbara was born April 27, 1933 in Melvern, Kansas to Happy Salyer and Anna Salyer. She grew up and received her education in Melvern. Barbara married Raymond Ford on September 29, 1947 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and they made their home in Tulsa and Skiatook. She was employed by Rogers Lithograph as a book binder. Barbara was of the Freewill Baptist faith and she enjoyed reading, word search puzzles, and playing dominoes and cards.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond Ford, mother and father: Anna and Happy Salyer, one brother and one sister.

Barbara is survived by her son: John Ford, granddaughter: Ashley Thomas, great grandson: Casper Thomas, great granddaughter: Nora Thomas, sisters: Carol Clark, and Gloria Boyd, brother: Larry Salyer, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Barbara Ford entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Skiatook.
