Archie Fredrick White, age 91, of Skiatook went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, February 4, 2021 at his residence in Skiatook, Oklahoma.

Archie was born October 23, 1929 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma to Archie Thomas and Talala Christine (Goldman) White. Archie grew up and received his education in Sand Springs, Oklahoma and also attended Oklahoma Military Academy. He was in the Army and National Guard from 1949-1957 and was a Master Sargent. Archie was married to Joyce Ann White and later after her passing he married Opal Maye (Robinson) Kohlmeyer in April 1984. He was employed as a machinist with McDonald Douglas for 10 years and was a plant supervisor with American Airlines for 35 years. He was a Boy Scout Eagle Scout, Boy Scout Leader, Silver Beaver Award winner, Akdar Shriner since 1984, member, Sunday School teacher, and Elder of First Christian Church Skiatook for 69 years and a member of the American Legion for 67 years. Archie loved being outside, working and raising cattle, and cutting firewood. He loved to tell stories of being in the army and the many years he spent with the Boy Scouts. He and his wife Opal (Cricket) spent many years traveling after he retired. He was a tremendous blessing to his family and friends.

Archie went to his eternal home peacefully at home surrounded be the love of family.

Archie was preceded in death by his parents Archie and Talala White, brothers: Ed White, Jack White, and Loring White, and sister: Sonya Lee.

Archie is survived by his children: Kareth Moore and husband George, Leslie (Bud) White and wife Lori, Kelly McCoy and husband Monty, Cathy Davis and husband Michal, Kyle Kohlmeyer and wife Debbie, and Karyn Hoffman and husband Ron, 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Archie White entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
