Memorial services for Terry Alan Mizell will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the First Baptist Church West Rogers Campus with Ron Chambers officiating.

Terry Alan Mizell, age 63, of Skiatook, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 at the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.

Alan was born April 6, 1955 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Eunice Ann (Moody) and Jimmie Earl Mizell Sr.. Alan grew up and received his education in Sperry where he graduated. Alan also attended Oklahoma Farriers College and graduated on July 19, 1975. He also attended North Eastern Oklahoma in Miami, Oklahoma. Alan married Jody Marcella Parham on August 20, 1998 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas making their home in Skiatook since that time. Alan was employed as an Exotic Metal Warehouseman. Alan enjoyed team roping, cowboy cooking, woodworking, welding and spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends. Alan was also known to help his fellow ranchers, traveling with Jim Patrick and going to the Horse Association Shows.

Alan is survived by his wife: Jody, his mother and father: Eunice and Jimmie Mizell, son: Jarrod Alan Mizell, stepchildren: Jason Trotter and Kasey Trotter, two brothers: Keith Mizell and Jimmie Mizell, six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the service will be: Wild Horses, The Dance and Cowboy Rides Away.

The family of Terry Alan Mizell has entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
